--Accessibility such as seating, entry, elevators, ramps, parking, restrooms, assisted listening devices, and wheelchair requests for disabled guests is offered.
--There are eleven (11) guest elevators and four (4) service elevators around the ballpark (labeled B, C, D, E, J, K, N, O, P, Q, and S)
--There are seven (7) escalators around the ballpark (labeled #1 - #7).
--Service animals for guests with disabilities are permitted, all other animals are prohibited.
--Children 32" or smaller are admitted freely, but must sit on an adult's lap.
--Fans will not be allowed back into the ballpark once they leave.
--Mets Gift Cards can be purchased at mets.com or at any Citi Field retail locations. Denominations include $10, $25, $50, and $100.
--Kids' Meals are available for $7 and include a Nathan's hot dog, juice box, popcorn, and prize.

--There are seven (7) primary parking lots at Citi Field. Lots open 3 hours prior to game time. The game day parking fee is $20.
